Our Raiding days are changing as of wednesday the 3rd of March as a resault of talking and listening to the majority of our players.
The raiding days are set below and the raid leaders will start invites at 19.15 , priority will be for those who have shown commitment and have the skill/gear needed for that raid.

Fri : ICC10 2/3 groups
Sat : TOC25/TOGC25
Sun : Uld 25
Mon : ICC10 continue
Tue : free for weekly raid quest

1: All raids will start at 19.30 and end at 22.30 game time.
2: Everyone is expected to be ready for invites at 19.15 with 3 flasks, addons ( updated DBM, EPGPLootmaster, vent , PP for paladins and all class addons)
3: Raid leader might ban you from loot if you go AFK without talking to him/her or if you turn up with no flasks/reagents/shards, so please take 10 minutes of your time to make sure you have all addons and consumables ready before the raid

Although we always try make raid if there are ppl online, due to lack of ppl to raid serious content every day and cause this is not hard core guild where most of ppl want to do all stuff and not just raids, decision was made that there will be few official raiding days that suit best most of ppl.

Official raiding days are wednesday, thursday, saturday and monday. Those raids are placed on web and are recurring.
Raid placed on friday is not official but made for guild score progress and achives.Also some solid gear can be acquired still from it.

We have looked at the guilds current raiding situation in a recent admin meeting ( along with few members&raiders) in depth, and we came to the conclusion that a more serious approach to raiding is needed.
Many have put few ideas and suggetions and we are currently looking at them to try and find the best possible way to move forword, and start progressing faster than our current rate.

We are currently looking to appoint a class advisor for each of our classes, please note that it is an advisory role rather than a leading role, you will not be telling anyone what to do, you'll simply be advising those who come to you of the best ingame gear for them , where to get it, best gemming,enchanting available and advising on talent points and rrotations.
