Over the next week or so you might begin to notice a system called EPGP being used in the guild.

We are hoping to employ this system of DKP to reward members of the guild so that, in turn, they can use their points to secure loot from raids.

This system is one of the fairest systems available and rewards everyone in the guild - it also ensures loot is not left down to the "luck of the roll" something alot of members have been asking for.

In order to test and configure the system, Officers will be making various adjustments to some dummy settings which might appear in GChat from time to time.

We do not intend to begin using the system for a couple of weeks and a further announcement will be made once we are ready to begin. Until that point, our existing system of rolls and raid ranks will be used to distribute loot from raids.

In the meantime, we'd be grateful for your ideas on things that should qualify for EPGP ... some of the ideas already under discussion are things like, arriving on time to a raid, using the online raid signup calendar, bringing flasks and repairing. All of these things will hopefuly encourage people to take our raiding more seriously and should ultimately lead to a greater degree of commitment and progression for SAGA.
